Hi, I’m Liz.

I’m a New Smyrna Beach, Florida native currently living in Changwon, South Korea, a smaller city just 45 minutes west of Busan. In October 2019, I packed everything I could into three suitcases and bought a one-way ticket to teach English and it’s been the best decision of my life.

Since moving here, I’ve been introduced to so many new, exciting, and delicious foods. When I first started my food Instagram account (@cravingthisnow), it was just a way for me to “share meals” with my friends and family back home. As it’s grown, it’s become a creative outlet and has allowed me to connect with other foodies around the world.

Going to restaurants and trying new foods is genuinely one of my favorite hobbies (eating can be a hobby, right!?). With that being said, I hope I can introduce some food you may have never known about before, or serve as a resource on where to find the best eats in Korea and beyond.
